Each drawer accepts two full-size food pans that are 4 inches deep and must be bought separately. For comfort, all drawer handles are recessed, instead of sticking out into the aisle.

The True TRCB-79-HC refrigerated chef base maintains an interior temperature range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, which can be set, adjusted, and checked on the digital display. Air is cooled by R290 refrigerant flowing through the capillary tubes and circulated around the interior by large fans. This system ensures that temperatures stay uniform throughout the cabinet.
