The Manitowoc Ice IYT0900A-261/D570 Indigo® NXT™ ice maker with bin produces half-cube ice that measures 3/8 of an inch by 11/8 inches by 7/8 of an inch. These cubes are ideal for soft drinks and cocktails and can also be used in bagged applications.When ambient air is 70 degrees Fahrenheit and incoming water is 50 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit can produce 865 pounds of ice over the span of 24 hours. The easyTouch® display provides a simple-to-use, icon-based medium to streamline operation. Its intelligent diagnostics provide 24-hour preventive maintenance and diagnostic feedback to ensure the unit is functioning properly. To enhance production consistency and harvesting in various environmental conditions, it features an acoustical ice-sensing probe and active-sense technology.

This unit's ice machine head measures 30 inches wide by 241⁄2 inches deep by 261⁄2 inches tall and features a corrosion-, fingerprint-, and dirt-resistant DuraTech® exterior. It's built with a hinged, swing-out front door that grants direct access to the foodzone. Staff can remove the water trough, distribution tube, curtain, and sensing probes for quick, efficient cleaning. To inhibit bacterial growth between regularly scheduled cleanings, some internal components are treated with AlphaSan® antimicrobial.

The Manitowoc Ice IYT0900A-261/D570 ice machine with bin can store 532 pounds of ice in its 30-inch-wide by 34-inch-deep by 50-inch-tall base. To ease product retrieval, it comes with a scoop that can hold 53⁄10 pounds of ice. While its molded retaining lip secures ice in place, its integrated thumb and knuckle guards prevent hands from coming in contact with ice. The bin door's front and side grips ensure staff can comfortably open it from the front, right, or left. After the door is raised, it stays in position, so users don't have to hold it open as they scoop ice. Like the ice machine head, its exterior is made of a DuraTech metal finish for long-term durability.
