The Manitowoc IYT-0620W-161/D-320 Indigo NXT™ ice maker and bin produces half dice cubes, with ice production that is adjusted depending on volume or time of day. To ensure ice is consistent, a probe checks the thickness using sound waves. This unit can make 560 pounds of ice within 24 hours, and its bin can hold 264 pounds. A scoop simplifies ice access, and it has a holder to prevent contamination.

Touch icons on the head simplify using the unit. Some components are removable for cleaning, while ones that contact water have AlphaSan® built in to deter bacteria growth between cleanings. The door to the bin has side grips that simplify opening, while a latch keeps the door open so an employee can scoop ice into a bucket. The Manitowoc IYT-0620W-161/D-320 ice machine with bin has a DuraTech® coating over its stainless steel exterior to maintain a clean look.
