Manitowoc Ice IYT0420W/D420 490 lb Indigo NXT™ Half Cube Ice Machine w/ Bin - 383 lb Storage, Water Cooled, 115v

The Manitowoc Ice IYT-0420W/D-420 Indigo NXT™ ice machine with bin can make 454 pounds of ice that measures 0.375 inch by 1.125 inches by 0.875 inch in 24 hours. Called half-cube ice, this type is excellent for drinks and bagged applications. Ice is measured for consistency by an acoustical probe, and the daily production amount can be programmed to best suit specific applications.

A hinged door on the ice maker swings out to provide access to components in the food zone. Some of these parts are removable for cleaning, and an antimicrobial agent is built into select components to slow bacteria and fungus growth.

The bin can hold 383 pounds of ice, and its insulation retains cold air to prevent ice from melting. A 5.3-pound-capacity scoop is included with this Manitowoc Ice IYT-0420W/D-420 ice maker with bin. Integrated knuckle and thumb guards in the scoop prevent the user’s hands from contaminating the ice. Users can comfortably open the bin door for scooping since there are grips built into each side. This door stays open due to its self-latching design.
