The Manitowoc Ice IYT0420A-161/D320 Indigo® NXT™ ice maker features an ice machine head that produces half-cube ice—ideal for soft drinks, blended frozen drinks, and bagged ice. When ambient air is 70 degrees and incoming water is 50 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit can generate 460 pounds of ice. To enhance reliability, this unit features intelligent diagnostics with 24-hour preventive maintenance and diagnostic feedback as well as an acoustical ice-sensing probe and an active-sense mechanism for consistent ice harvesting in various conditions. Staff can increase and reduce ice production at certain times of day to save energy. By using the easyTouch® display, users can simply navigate the icon-based controls for smooth operation.

This 22-inch-wide by 241⁄2-inch-deep by 211⁄2-inch-tall air-cooled, self-contained unit is built with a corrosion-, fingerprint-, and dirt-resistant DuraTech® exterior. So employees can thoroughly clean the foodzone's components, the hinged front door swings out, providing full access to the removable water trough, distribution tube, curtain, water probe, and water pump. To slow bacterial growth between regular cleanings, some components are primed with AlphaSan® antimicrobial treatment.

The Manitowoc Ice IYT0420A-161/D320 ice maker with bin boasts a 264-pound-capacity storage area beneath the ice maker for convenience. This 22-inch-wide by 34-inch-deep by 38-inch-tall unit features a DuraTech metal finish, while the interior is built with a polyurethane arctic blue liner. So users can safety retrieve ice, its door features side grips that let operators lift it from the center, right, or left, and once it's fully opened, it self-latches to secure the door in place. Because the door is angled 53 degrees, it creates an ergonomic environment that lets staff access the ice in the bin's base. The included NSF-approved sanitary scoop features a built-in knuckle and thumb guard and can scoop 53⁄10 pounds of ice with each use.
