Ice production is programmable to accommodate slow and busy periods in a commercial environment. When ambient temperatures are low enough, this unit makes 310 pounds of ice per day. It usually makes closer to 230 pounds of ice each day.

This Manitowoc Ice IYT0300A/D570 ice machine's accompanying bin is insulated with foam for dependable storage, ensuring ice doesn't melt. It holds 532 pounds of ice, which is accessed by opening the side-hinged, stay-open door. To retrieve ice, this unit comes with a scoop that has a 5.3-pound capacity. The scoop's knuckle and thumb guard are for sanitary use, ensuring employees' hands don't contaminate the ice before serving it.
