Each day, the Manitowoc Ice IDT-1900W/D-970 Indigo NXT™ ice machine with bin can make 1,870 pounds of full-cube ice. Perfect for drinks, these large cubes are slow melting; however, they take up less space than small ice cubes, so operators use more liquids to fill glasses. An acoustical probe measures ice thickness to check for consistency. Operators can program the ice machine head to produce a certain amount of ice or operate at specific hours. The ice maker's touchscreen display is easy to use and provides information on the operating status.

This Manitowoc Ice IDT-1900W/D-970 ice maker with bin can hold 882 pounds of ice. The bin has a polyurethane interior liner and insulation that retains cold air. A 5.3-pound-capacity ice scoop is included with the unit, and built-in knuckle and thumb guards in the scoop keep the user's hands out of ice, preventing contamination. Grips along the door simplify opening it from a variety of angles.
