The Manitowoc Ice IDT0750A/D970 Indigo NXT™ ice maker and bin combo produces as much as 680 pounds in 24 hours; however, its daily production can be programmed to a lower amount using the easyTouch® controls. These controls can also delay production during slow hours, and to reduce the risk of downtime, they provide 24-hour preventive maintenance alerts. If the unit needs maintenance, this technology automatically diagnoses issues, and several parts are accessible through the hinged front.

This Manitowoc Ice IDT0750A/D970 ice machine and bin creates dice cubes by spraying water onto the evaporator grid. This setup helps particles fall off the grid, resulting in clean ice. As ice freezes, it moves into the 882-pound-capacity bin below, which keeps the ice cold and frozen. To retrieve ice without contaminating it, the included scoop is built with knuckle and thumb guards that prevent fingers from accidentally touching the ice. This unit's wide door swings open and remains up for convenient scooping.
