The Beverage-Air WTRCS96HC chef base features a self-contained refrigeration system and fully electronic controls, enabling operators to make precise adjustments. Its exterior is constructed primarily of scratch- and dent-resistant stainless steel, ensuring a long lifespan in busy environments. To provide resistance to corrosion, it features an epoxy-coated evaporator coil as well as an aluminum interior.

This Beverage-Air WTRCS96HC chef base is positioned on 3-inch casters, enabling operators to wheel it between locations with little effort. It includes four drawers that self-close and can accommodate 6-inch-deep, full-size food pans. These drawers are fitted with snap-in, magnetic gaskets to prevent cold air from leaking. Using eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, this unit maintains temperatures between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
