Two of the casters have brakes to hold the unit still, and with a combined interior space of 14.51 cubic feet, the two sections of this freezer are accessed by four drawers. The drawers hold 275 pounds each and accommodate two full-size food pans.

The Beverage-Air WTFCS72HC-76 chef base freezer has a strong stainless steel top that is fire proof to hold pieces of equipment, providing a place for employees to work and prepare food before serving it. To keep the temperature in the range of -10 degrees Fahrenheit, the self-contained refrigeration system cools with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The number is monitored on a digital display and adjustable with electronic controls.
