Winco SPH2 Description

Restaurants can use the Winco SPH2 half-sized steam pan in the front of house and back of house to store and serve products. Because it is made of stainless steel, the pan can be used in any temperature, including high cooking temperatures. Its standard thickness resists bending, and it has straight sides to promote moisture accumulation in the bottom of the pan.
