Winco KWP-92R 9" Bread Knife w/ High Carbon Steel Blade & Red Poly Handle

As part of the Stal series, the Winco KWP-92R bread knife is built to perform clean, repetitive slicing tasks in commercial prep environments. The 9-inch serrated blade is offset to elevate the handle above the cutting surface and reduce interference during cutting. Manufactured of high-carbon no-stain German steel, the blade is stamped for lighter handling. A red polypropylene handle provides visual identification for color-coded kitchen stations and includes a textured surface to reduce slippage during use.
