Winco KWP-92 9" Bread Knife, High Carbon Steel

The Winco KWP-92 Stäl bread knife has a long, 9-inch blade and serrated edge. Its teeth are designed to tear into breads without damaging them, and while the blade's carbon steel construction resists bending, its stamped design keeps it lightweight. For user comfort, the blade is offset from the handle and made of slip-resistant polypropylene. A fingerguard at the top of the handle prevents hands from accidentally moving into the blade.
