Winco KWP-62 6" Wide Boning Knife w/ Stiff Blade, High Carbon Steel

As part of the Stal series—Winco's most economically priced cutlery line—the Winco KWP-62 boning knife's blade is constructed of high-carbon steel, which is harder than stainless steel and retains a sharp edge for longer periods of time. Despite being harder, its blade can be resharpened as needed. The wide, stiff blade resists stains and can be used to cut thick slices of pork and beef from the bone. For a secure grip throughout slicing, its white polypropylene handle has a slip-resistant surface and a comfortable, ergonomic design. A finger guard is built onto the handle's front to protect users' digits from injury. While the blade is 6 inches long, the knife measures 107⁄8 inches long overall.
