The Winco KFP-70 Acero Santoku knife works great for slicing, mincing, and dicing ingredients, and to prevent vegetables or meats getting stuck to the blade, its scalloped sides provide pockets of airflow. Made of forged stainless steel, the blade is strong, bend resistant, and can be wiped clean. It has a full tang, meaning the metal extends from the handle to the tip, while a thick bolster helps protect the user's hands from cuts in case their hand slips.
