Winco KFP-102 10" Fish/Roast Slicer w/ High Carbon German Steel, 1 Piece Full Tang, POM Handle

Great for slicing fish or roast beef, the Winco KFP-102 Acero slicer's 10-inch-long blade is made of German high-carbon stainless steel—a combination of iron and carbon—to maintain its edge. Its Granton edge features a row of scallops on both sides for seamless meat slicing. Its black polyoxymethylene (POM) injection-molded handle provides a comfortable grip throughout use and is secured together with triple rivets. As a full-tang piece, its metal spans to the end of the handle for enhanced strength, making it less likely than partial-tang knives, which are prone to breaking apart through high-volume use.
