Winco APZT-20 20" Round Wide Rim Pizza Pan, Aluminum

To streamline service, the Winco APZT-20 pizza pan is flat with a wide rim and solid bottom that enable staff to bake and serve a pie in one vessel. While the aluminum construction heats evenly for a uniform bake, cutting pizzas directly on its aluminum surface can cause the pan to thin and bend. It's not dishwasher safe and should be cleaned with aluminum-safe detergent using a nonabrasive sponge.
