Winco ALXP-1826P Description

The Winco ALXP-18126P full-size sheet pan is constructed of a 3003 series aluminum alloy, which contains several elements that make it more durable than regular aluminum. Reinforced by a galvanized wire, the edges of the pan resist bending. Its baking surface has tightly packed, 1⁄8-inch holes that provide airflow and help bake crispy products.
