Winco ALST-12 12 qt Aluminum Stock Pot

The Winco ALST-12 stock pot offers the same durability and efficiency for commercial kitchens as the rest of the cookware in the Elemental series. Its corrosion-resistant 3003 aluminum construction isn't dishwasher safe, though it does have a 4-millimeter-thick base to enhance the strength and heat conduction. Because of its spin-form fabrication, this pot also heats evenly to create seamless service. Its handles are attached through strong riveting, and the pot can hold 12 quarts of chicken gnocchi soup, Cajun-boiled shrimp and potatoes, and other dishes.
