The included heavy-duty stainless steel rack simplifies rack insertion and removal. Additional products can be stored on the four 287⁄8-inch-wide by 303⁄8-inch-deep stainless steel wire shelves that each sport a 75-pound capacity. For long-term durability, corrosion and rust resistance, and simple cleaning, the interior is stainless steel, while the exterior is 22-gauge stainless steel, and the exterior top and bottom are galvanized steel.

To preserve food quality, the Turbo Air PRO-26R-RI-N-SH roll-in refrigerator uses eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to hold temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Once operators set temperatures with the digital temperature control, its cold air distribution system uniformly maintains temperature in the food zone. Its monitoring system includes a rapid cool-down function, self-diagnosis of refrigeration system conditions, alarms that alert when the doors aren't shut, and early warning program to detect malfunction issues. Staff can plug in a USB flash drive to store temperature data during use to analyze unit performance as needed. This self-contained system's condenser automatically self-cleans daily to reduce the risk of system failure, while the hot gas condensate system's surfaces resists corrosion and minimizes the risk of overflow of condensate water.
