True Refrigeration T-12FG-HC~FGD01 Description

The True T-12FG-HC~FGD01 glass-door freezer is built with a triple-pane thermal glass door that provides visibility of the interior and has magnetic gaskets around the frame to reduce cold air leaks. Bright LED lights illuminate the interior for users to easily find product, which is stored on three PVC-coated shelves. This unit is certified to hold open food product.

The unit holds a steady temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit for frozen food and ice cream. Cabinet temperatures are evenly distributed with large fan blades that circulate high volumes of air slowly throughout the unit, and rear guard prevents held products from obstructing airflow. The condenser fan motor reverses for 20 seconds upon start up to blow debris and dust off the condensing coil. When this coil is cleaned automatically and regularly, the system operates with reliability that keeps product temperatures consistent. This cleaning feature also promotes efficiency, reduces energy use, and prolongs the system's lifespan. Even though this self-cleaning feature has numerous benefits, it doesn't replace standard preventative system cleaning and maintenance. The True T-12FG-HC~FGD01 glass-door freezer has a bottom-mount condensing unit; this design simplifies maintenance since it is accessible.
