Ensuring nobody can access the cabinet without a key, the doors can be locked at the end of a shift to reduce the risk of theft and tampering. The temperature can be adjusted from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit with digital controls, and the self-contained condenser cools with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.

When the turning on its compressor, a fan motor blows air in a reverse direction for 20 seconds to upend dirt and dust that has piled up on the condensing coil. By removing debris, the condensing coil can operate more efficiently, and it can cool product easier. This mechanism should not replace common preventative maintenance requirements.
