The Nemco 56600-1 Tomato Slicer II uses a changeable cartridge with a pretensioned blade – this arrangement doesn't need adjustments, reducing labor and maintenance requirements. The blades can be removed and replaced by sliding them in and out, so they can be rinsed clean and replaced when dirty or dull. Hand guards and a comfortable handle grip enhance unit safety and the intuitive operation. The unit creates slices with a thickness of 3⁄16 of an inch.
