The Manitowoc Ice IYT0620A Indigo NXT™ ice machine head has an easyTouch® display for programming operations such as if the unit should stop running during certain hours, setting its production quota to a daily amount, or solving problems using its troubleshooting diagnostics. In a 24-hour period, the head can generate 575 pounds of half-dice ice, which is a sufficient quantity for most small-scale restaurant operations. Compared to a water-cooled unit, this unit's air-cooled condensing system is practical and greatly reduces how much water is needed each day.

Designed to create half-size ice, this Manitowoc Ice IYT0620A commercial ice maker head has an acoustical ice sensing probe that monitors the cubes' thickness, ensuring each cube is 3⁄8 inch by 11⁄8 inches by 7⁄8 inch. A DuraTech® clear coat exterior fights stains and provides corrosion resistance even better than stainless steel. Certain internal components are removable for maintenance and cleaning.

Note: This unit must be paired with an ice maker bin or ice dispenser.
