To prevent theft after hours, the four doors on the Beverage-Air BBN48HC-PT-B bar refrigerator have locks. Doors are on both sides of the cabinet to enable pass-thru operation from either direction. This unit cools with R290 refrigerant—a natural hydrocarbon that's safe for the environment—and its condenser is self-contained to streamline installation. Using forced air, the cabinet is cooled quickly and efficiently, and electronic controls enable temperature adjustment from 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Beverage-Air BBN48HC-PT-B bar refrigerator's doors have a stay-open feature to enable loading of the cabinet without slamming shut and causing injury. They also self-close, so if an employee walks away forgetting to close the door, minimal energy will escape the cabinet. Its four storage shelves inside and the evaporator coil are epoxy coated to resist corrosion when used in moist environments. To facilitate product locating, the cabinet is illuminated with bright LED lights. This unit features an ADA compliant design.
